How much is you minimum order value?Our opening order value for new stockists is £250. All subsequent minimum orders are £100. At times we may run promotions or change the minimum values. They will always be displayed at the top of the website.

What value is carriage paid?Carriage paid is usually £450. All orders below this carriage paid will be charged delivery based on weight and current courier charges this is currently £15 for courier services. At times we may offer promotional carriage paid offers, these will be displayed at the top of the website or promoted in our newsletters. We currently have an offer during April 2024, with a reduced carriage paid at £250.

How long will my order take to arrive?My items are handmade to order, generally lead times are around 3-6 weeks. At busy periods such as Spring and Christmas or directly after a trade show this may increase. An update of current lead times will always be shown on the header of the website. A choice of deliverly slots is shown at the checkout and this indicates current lead times in relation to current capacity of orders.

Are your items all handmade?Yes, all of my items are handmade withthe exception of merchandise products which are all printed and hand finished in house, I complete the full making process from designing right through packaging your item for dispatch here in my studio.

What is your cut of date for Christmas ordering?The latest date for ordering wholesale Christmas products for 2024 is 30th September - with the final orders planned for delivery mid November. Look books and advance ordering usually resumes for S/S around mid December or early January, with deliveries planned for around March of the next year.

Where are you based?I work full time as a creative artist from our workshop and studio in Fife, Scotland.

How do I pay you?All new wholesale accounts should pay on checkout/placing order. Trade show orders will be invoiced and payment is requested within 48hrs to secure the order/ allocation of cutting dates. We may offer credit accounts to long established customers.

Do your prices include VAT?We are not currently VAT registered and therefor no VAT has been appplied to our products. We have allowed for a 2.4 mark up on all items to allow you to apply VAT accordingly without affecting RRP

Postcode ExclusivityWe try to offer some form of exclusivity for stockists but can't guarantee full exclusivity. DCCA wholesale reserves the right to supply to Visit Scotland, National Trust and Historic Scotland in any location.
Wholesale Order Delivery Information.
All of my items are handmade to order.

The normal dispatch time for wholesale is around 3-6 weeks from placing your order.
Once your order is ready for dispatch a confirmation email will be sent to you with a tracking number, your order will then be dispatched with our chosen courier and should arrive next day.

Wholesale deliveries will usually require a signature on delivery.
​
If you need to change your delivery details after placing your order please get in touch via email or the contact form and label 'Urgent'

During busy times ie: Christmas/Spring there may be a longer dispatch period. If you would like to know estimated dispatch times prior to ordering please check get in touch via the contact form.

If you need an item on rushed delivery please enquire via email or the contact form prior to placing your order. I will try my best to accommodate your request, Please note orders offered on this basis are subject to an increased rush order charge.

Carriage paid delivery on wholesale orders is usually £450. At times we may offer a promotion with reduced carriage paid rates. Orders placed below carriage paid rates will be subject to delivery charges according to weight and based on current courier rates. At times we may offer reduced carriage paid offers.

Wholesale specific terms and conditions.
​
Wholesale orders are subject to approval by 'DCCA' and to a minimum order value of £100. (First opening order minimum value of £250) Carriage paid applies to all wholesale orders over £450. At times we may offer promotions on carriage paid values, this will be displayed at the top of the website. We reserve the right to refund/cancel any wholesale orders made and checked out on our website that do not meet the minimum wholesale order value. Wholesale permissions are granted to trade customers only.
Approval of a wholesale account implies permission from DCCA to sell our products online or in a physical store. In respect of brand preservation we offer RRP advice for each item. We respectfully ask that you aim to remain within 10% of the RRP margin (with the exception of seasonal sales/special promotional offers your store may provide).
Payment should be made at the time of ordering via the website or offline via invoice. Proforma invoices will be sent with all orders received at trade shows. Invoices for all new accounts are payable via Paypal or bank transfer within 48hrs of receiving your invoice. Work will not process new proforma invoice orders until payment has been received.

Credit accounts are available by request to wholesale customers with an established order history Credit accounts are subject to payment terms of 30 days after you receive your order. 10% surcharge will apply to late payments on all credit accounts. Work will commence on credit orders as soon as your order is placed, an invoice will be sent with your completed order and is payable via bank transfer within 30 days.

We work on a wholesale only basis and do not offer accounts on commission or SOR.

We are not VAT registered therefore all prices stated on DDCA Wholesale are accurate to the cost applied at checkout. Prices and RRP's have been calculated to allow for a 2.4 mark up to in respect of your own inclusion of VAT if required without affecting the RRP.
